Traditional Postpartum Care
All packages include;
nourishing hot meals, herbal infusions and snacks for the time that I’m there, cooking meals/batch cooking/prepping food for later in the day, breastfeeding support, babywearing support, birth debriefing, looking after your baby whilst you have a nap/meal/shower, washing up and light tidying/cleaning, assisting with older children within the house or out on a short walk, postpartum meditation readings, and support with herbal healing remedies such as salves, yoni steams and herbal baths.
Postpartum care packages
I cover the whole of Yorkshire including Leeds, Harrogate, Knaresborough, Wetherby, Bradford, York and the surrounding areas;
Single visit (3 hours) energy exchange = £90
Closing of the bones ceremony (4 hours) energy exchange = £150

Includes free 1 hour meeting to plan the support around 38 weeks of pregnancy
To be used within 1 month of baby’s birth
Min. stay is 3 hours but total hours can be used flexibly to suit you including evenings and weekends
20 hour package, energy exchange = £500
Includes free 1 hour visit around 38 weeks of pregnancy
To be used within 2 months of baby’s birth
Min. stay is 3 hours but total hours can be used flexibly to suit you including evenings and weekends
